Scott Pfeifer after Team Ferbey wins the Grey Power Players Championship and grabs the last direct entry into the Tim Horton’s Roar of the Rings. April 22nd, 2009

Who thought that, after three years, the last direct entry in the Canadian Olympic Curling Trials would come down to one game, one end and one shot? A day after Team Ferbey won their first Capital One Grand Slam in the last two years — and grabbed that last spot — we talked to Scott Pfeifer.

Scott Pfeifer checks in. August 2nd, 2007

With a new formula for points on the Asham World Curling Tour Order of Merit and a few other issues kicking around in our sport this summer, we decided to catch up with a guy known to have a few opinions on these matters. Scott Pfeifer gives his thoughts on everything from the allocation of points by position to the possibility of Randy Ferbey sweeping a stone in Mixed Doubles at the Continental Cup. I apologize for the static on the line during the first part of the interview — the summer heat seemed to be a problem for my phone line.
